Guest guest Posted September 8, 2002 Report Share Posted September 8, 2002 Easy Waffles Source: A Taste of Nature (adapted) 1/4 cup nut meal 2 1/2 cups quinoa flakes 3/4 cup cornmeal 3/4 cup brown rice flour (or favorite legume flour) 1 tsp. salt 5 cups hot water Mix. Pour onto hot, prepared waffle iron and top with chopped walnuts. Bake 8 - 10 minutes.
