Guest guest
Quinoa Garbanzo Waffles *Here's another version of the recipe I just sent in. It is also a " tried and true " and turned out flavorful and with a nice, dense texture and crispy crust. 1 cup garbanzo flour 1 cup quinoa flakes 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 tsp. soy lecithin 2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. oil 1 cup soy milk Beat lecithin into soy milk. Add salt, oil, maple syrup. Stir well. Add walnuts, garbanzo flour, and quinoa flour. Beat. Set aside for 5 - 10 minutes. Bake in waffle iron until light goes out (do not open before then). Enjoy! http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cooking http://www. http://www.VintageVeganTea http://www.VeganMenus4HealthyLiving
