Guest guest Posted September 5, 2002 Report Share Posted September 5, 2002 Tofu Meatballs Source: A Taste of Nature 1 lb. firm tofu 1 cup whole grain bread crumbs (or gluten-free if necessary) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 onion, minced 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. sage 1 tsp. salt Mash together, using hands, if necessary. These will not hold together easily, but will form balls. Place on prepared baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 inutes. Makes 24 balls.
