Simple Fruit sauce

Helped by Eat for Strength by Agath Thrash.

Take any fresh fruit and peel and core. Put in blender.. add water if

to thick to blend. Pruee add 1-2 TBS Tapioca depending on how much

fruit you use. pour in pot and over med-low heat, heat to a boil. Then

set aside for a few mins until thickened. Use over waffles, pancakes or

toast.. tell children it is pudding.

Example:

This morning I used it over waffles.. I took 4 large peaches. Pealed and

took the seed out. Put in my blender with 2 tbs. Tapioca. Pureed ( did

not need any extra water) .. heated it and we had our toping.. It was so

very good. DId not even need any sweetner or anything.
