Guest guest
I have a question. I made the batter for Noahs bread. But it was really runny. In the comments after the recipe you said it might be thick. But mine was very runny.. in fact I had to add another cup of flour just to have it thick enough to make waffles. Am I doing something wrong? By the way.. the waffles were GREAT!! My husband and I who are not wheat free loved them.. the children who are both wheat free, could not decide if they did or not. How funny is that. <grin> Thanks Amy
Guest guest
Amy I will check what I posted later (I have to go to the site to be sure I didn't make a typo as I don't save my own messages) and I'll let you know. I often have to add extra flour to mine because I cook by feel but if it worked for waffles, it will work for muffins too. Another thought is that I never just use the Noah's plain. We always add fruit, nuts, seeds, or even tuna and salsa. I suppose that makes a difference too. Sorry to not be more precise for you. I'll see what I can do.
