Guest guest
Hey everyone, I'm experimenting with a vegan and gluten-free diet and I'm finding that my body is having some strange reactions. Now when I eat a meal I can feel a strong burts of energy. When I lie down for bed I can feel the energy buzzing around my body, instead of a big lump in my gut. I have noticed that over the last week my body is changing - feeling thinner and taller. My friend's even commented on how I had " grown " (they didn't know about my new food habits). But my concern is that at the beginning my muscles felt stronger and great...like after I ate a good meal it felt like I just finished working out at the gym. I still feel that way - a bit - but my muscles feel like they are getting a little weaker now...and I seem to get kind of dizzy before I eat a meal. I don't know if I am not getting enough calories or if I am not eating frequently enough...or maybe I'm missing stuff from my diet. I'm not totally sure...but I suspect it's that I just haven't eaten enough...so in the mean time I am actually making sure I get enough of what I need by eating _some_ animal products every few days...I guess I should start off by eating a lot to see if that helps. anyone else experience anything along these lines or any ideas?
