Guest guest Posted August 2, 2002 Report Share Posted August 2, 2002 Cantaloupe-Mint Soup 1 large ripe cantaloupe 1 cup fresh orange juice 1/2 cup plain soy yogurt 1/4 cup fresh spearmint Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove seeds, scoop out flesh and put all of the ingredients in the food processor. Blend until smooth.
