Hi everyone;

I'm new to the list, and I was just reading some of the archived

messages. I saw someone asking for info on amino acids in foods.

This is one of the references I use

http://www.walford.com/software.htm I just use the free

downloadable sample. It offers me everything I want in terms of

nutrient info. The free sample copy does offer the amino acid

contents of foods as one of the options. I think it's a super

resource.

is amazing the new things people bring to the forfront. It is hard to

know everything out on them web, it is such a big place. :-)
