Razzle Dazzle Pie Pastry for 9-inch double crust pie, unbaked ( I used LaDonnas) 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour ( rice flour did not work well, I would use tapioca or arrowroot or cornstarch) 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberrys halved 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries 1 1.2 cups fresh or frozen red raspberries 1 teaspoon lemon juice In a large bowl mix together sugar, flour, berries and lemon juice. If using frozen berries, allow to thaw. Turn berry mixture into pie crust, cover with top crust and make several slits for steam and jucie to ecape.
