Guest guest Posted July 31, 2002 Report Share Posted July 31, 2002 TOFU NUT PATTIES 1 Tbsp. egg replacer (Ener-G) 1 cup gluten free bread crumbs 1/2 cup roasted almond butter 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, lightly roasted 1/2 cup millet or brown rice, precooked 2 Tbsp. almond oil 2 Tbsp. parsley 1 Tbsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. marjoram 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1/8 tsp. rosemary, ground 1/2 lb. tofu, crumbled Mix the water and egg replacer together. Blend the remaining ingredients, except for the tofu, in a food processor. Process until well mixed, then stir in the tofu. Form into 8 patties.
