Guest guest Posted August 1, 2002 Report Share Posted August 1, 2002 Rice Pudding 6 cups water 2 cinnamon sticks 1 cup rice 3 cups soymilk (or alternative) 2/3 cup sugar (or alternative sweetener) 1/2 tsp. salt Place water and cinnamon sticks into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes until the rice is soft and the water has evaporated. Add the soymilk, sugar, and salt.
