Guest guest Posted July 31, 2002 Report Share Posted July 31, 2002 Buffalo Style Tofu 1 lb. extra firm tofu 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 1/4 cup vegan margarine 1/2 cup hot sauce, more or less to taste Cut the extra firm tofu into 1/4 inch thick strips and sprinkle with garlic powder or rub thoroughly with the minced garlic. Spray a fry pan with cooking spray and fry the tofu on high heat, flipping occassionally. The tofu is done once the outside has been slightly browned. Melt the margarine in the microwave; add the hot sauce and stir this mixture. When the tofu is ready, place it in the sauce and make sure the tofu is well covered.
