Guest guest Posted July 26, 2002 Report Share Posted July 26, 2002 Raspberry Tofu Pudding Source: Vegetarian Cooking the Lazy Way Serves: 4 1/4 cup raspberry preserves (fruit sweetened) 2 teaspoons honey (or alternative) 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 -- 12.3 oz package silken tofu Use a blender or food processor and puree the raspberry preserves, honey, vanilla, and tofu.
