Guest guest Posted July 26, 2002 Report Share Posted July 26, 2002 Almond Cheeze 2 cups soymilk or water 1 cup blanched almonds 1 Tbs tahini or almond butter 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbs lemon juice In blender or processor, put almonds. Blend almonds to powder. Add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Put into a saucepan, and bring to boil. Boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool slightly.
