Guest guest Posted July 26, 2002 Report Share Posted July 26, 2002 Pecan Loaf Here's a quick 'n' easy recipe for pecan loaf. . . 1 onion, chopped 2 stalks celery chopped vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped 3 cups gluten freebread crumbs 2 cups soy milk (or nut milk) 3/4 cup quinoa flakes 1/4 tsp. sage In a frying pan, saute' onions and celery in the vegetable oil. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Spoon into casserole dish and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
