Guest guest Posted July 25, 2002 Report Share Posted July 25, 2002 Pan-Browned Potatoes With Red Pepper and Whole Garlic Recipe By: Bon Appetit, March, 1999 Serving Size : 4 2 tablespoons olive oil 12 whole garlic cloves 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled -- cut into 1/2 " pcs 1 large red bell pepper -- cut into 1/2 " pcs Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic; saute until pale golden, about 10 minutes. Increase heat to medium. Add potatoes; cook until pale golden, stirring every 5 minutes for about 15 minutes. Stir in bell pepper.
