Guest guest Posted July 25, 2002 Report Share Posted July 25, 2002 Raspberry Jalapeno Jam 2 cups raspberries 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped in food processor 3 T choped jalapeno peppers 2 cups apple cider vinegar 6 cups sugar 1 pkg pectin (powdered) Combine raspberries, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, vinegar and pectin. Bring to a boil. Add sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 4 mins.
