Guest guest Posted July 25, 2002 Report Share Posted July 25, 2002 Raw Nut Ice Cream Source: The New York Times Natural Foods Cookbook 2 cups soy milk 1 cup almonds 1 cup pecans 1/2 cup sunflower seed kernels 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup flax seeds 1/2 cup honey (or alternative) 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all the ingredients together and blend in an electric blender in batches until smooth. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
