Guest guest Posted July 23, 2002 Report Share Posted July 23, 2002 Sweet & Sour Zucchini 4 zucchini, thinly sliced 3/4 cup honey (or alternative) 1/2 cup white wine vinegar (or lemon juice) 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup green bell pepper, seeeded and chopped 1/4 cup celery, diced 1 Tbs. onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt optional 1 tsp. black pepper optional Combine all ingredients in a glass or ceramic bowl.
