Rose Pizza Cheese or Mayo Source: Rose @ Christian Vegan Cooking 1 box of Morinu Tofu (silken) about 10 oz. 1/3 c water 1/3 cup roasted cashews (no oil or salt) 1 t. salt 1 T. nutritional yeast flakes (opt) 1 T. onion powder (heaped up a little!) 1/4 t. garlic granules 2 T. fresh lemon juice Blend very well until completely smooth. Use as a topping for pizza, use as a mayo for potato salad (don't salt your salad until after you have tasted it...this mayo is salty) Spoon it over haystacks (serve it warm!!)
