Passion Fruit Cup

 

2 Passion fruit

1 T Honey

Lime juice

1 Kiwi, large, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced

1 Banana, small, sliced in thin diagonals

3/4-1 c Red grapes, halved, seedless

 

 

Cut top from each passion fruit. scoop out pulp.

 

Combine with honey and lime juice to taste.

 

Combine with the fruits, toss gently and serve. Makes 2 servings.
