Guest guest Posted July 11, 2002 Report Share Posted July 11, 2002 White Bean PÂté Source: Flax, The Super Food 2 cups cooked white beans, mashed 1/3 cup finely chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup red onion, minced 2 tablespoons flax oil 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Juice of 1 lemon Drain and mash the cooked beans.
