Breakfast Parfait

1 banana -- thinly sliced

1/4 cup craisins -- (dried cranberries)

2 tablespoons lowfat yogurt -- french vanilla [soy]

2 tablespoons lowfat granola [gf if necessary]

 

Divide the banana slices and the craisins between two small bowls; toss gently.

Top each bowl with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of granola. Makes 2

servings.
