Guest guest Posted July 3, 2002 Report Share Posted July 3, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Baked Ranch Tomatoes Recipe By :Southern Living All-Time Favorite 30-Minute Meals Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tomatoes -- cut in half vegetable cooking spray 1/4 teaspoon dried italian seasoning 1 1/2 tablespoons ranch-style dressing fresh parsley sprigs -- for garnish * Place tomato halves in an 8-inch square pan. Coat tops of halves with cooking spray. * Bake tomato halves at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. * Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and top evenly with dressing. * Broil 3 inches from heat {with electric oven door partially opened} 2 to 3 minutes or until tomato halves begin to brown.
