2 Tbsp. Emes unflavored gelatin

1/3 cup water

1/2 cup boiling water

1 cup cashews

1 - 2 tsp. salt, according to taste

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 1/2 lb. tofu

 

Soak gelatin in 1/3 cup water in blender for a few minutes. Add 1/2

cup boiling water and whiz briefly to dissolve. Add remaining

ingredients. Liquefy well. Place in rectangular mold and

refrigerate until set.
