Drain off soaking water. Scrape off brown husk from Brazil nuts and cut into medium-size peices. Combine all the ingredients in blender. Blend until very fine. Place in double boiler over boiling water. Cook covered 25-30 minutes or longer. Stir occasionally. Mold in two small bread pans rinsed with cold water. Chill, unmold, slice and serve.
