" Cheese " Whiz 1 C. clean, raw cashews 1 C. water 2 oz jar pimientos 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. salt pinch garlic powder pinch thyme (opt) 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice Blend all ingredients, except lemon juice, until very smooth. Cook until thickened stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Lemon juice. Use as dip or spread. OVEN TOASTIES Spread GF bread with " Cheses " Whiz. Cut each slice bread into 3 lengthwise strips. Place on a cookie shet and bake at 200-250 F. until thoroughly dried, but not browned.
