Guest guest Posted June 29, 2002 Report Share Posted June 29, 2002 Corn Flake Cookies 1 cup corn syrup light or dark 1-1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy is the best) 4 cups cornflakes 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla Boil corn syrup and sugar just until sugar dissolves. Take off heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Add cornflakes. Mix until all cronflakes are coated with mixture. Drop from teaspoon onto wax paper. Allow to cool.
