Guest guest Posted June 28, 2002 Report Share Posted June 28, 2002 Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa 3 cups watermelon, chopped 1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped 2 Tbsp. lime juice 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped 1 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped (or more to taste) 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve on sliced oranges or tofu-filled manicotti. Or, top 1 cup soy sour cream with 1 cup salsa and serve with chips.
