Pina Colada Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

 

1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple juice

1/3 cup plain soy yogurt

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1 teaspoon coconut flavoring

1/8 teaspoon white stevia powder, or to taste

 

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whip on high speed for 30

seconds.

2. Serve immediately.
