Guest guest Posted June 27, 2002 Report Share Posted June 27, 2002 Flax Egg Replacer From Veggie Life, Winter 1999-2000 Keeps about 2 weeks, refrigerated. 1/4 cup replaces one egg. 1 cup flax seeds 4 cups water In a blender, process flax seeds to a fine meal.
