Guest guest Posted June 26, 2002 Report Share Posted June 26, 2002 Cashew Cookies Source: Internet message board 4oz (120g) rice flour 1oz (25g) sugar 2oz (50g) finely ground cashew nuts Mix all three together and then slowly add water or milk of your choice to bind the ingredients together. Avoid getting the dough too sticky. Roll into walnut sized balls, press down onto an oiled baking tray. The thinner you get them the crispier they become and they keep quite well.
