Guest guest Posted June 26, 2002 Report Share Posted June 26, 2002 Creamy Tofu Frosting 1 package extra-firm tofu (drain off water and press with paper towel to absorb excessive moisture) 2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract 2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil 4 Tbsp. brown rice syrup 4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Whiz in blender until smooth and creamy.
