Guest guest Posted June 24, 2002 Report Share Posted June 24, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Refreshing Raspberry Cooler Recipe By :Taste of Home June/July 2000 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beverages Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed 1 1/2 cups sugar 2/3 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 2 liters ginger ale -- chilled 2 cups cold water In a large saucepan, crush the berries. Stir in sugar, cinegar and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Strain to remove seeds; refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale and cold water.
