Guest guest Posted June 24, 2002 Report Share Posted June 24, 2002 Tartar Sauce 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped 1 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped 1 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped 2 Tbsp. dill pickles, chopped 1/4 cup extra firm tofu, crumbled 1 cup Vegenaise (or other soy mayo) 1 Tbsp. tomato juice 1 tsp. lemon juice salt to taste Chop onions, peppers, pimentos and pickles. Crumble tofu and add. Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
