Guest guest Posted June 24, 2002 Report Share Posted June 24, 2002 Garbanzo Flour Gravy 1/2 cup garbanzo flour 2 cups water 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. minced onion 3 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari 3 Tbsp. nutritional food yeast 2 tsp. dried parsley or 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley Blend garbanzo flour and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat until thickened. Flour may be browned before blending if desired.
