Guest guest Posted June 24, 2002 Report Share Posted June 24, 2002 Aunt Jo's Peanut Butter Loaf Source: Aunt Jo 1 cup cornmeal 1 cup ground tortilla chips (or 3 cups whole tortilla chips) 1 1/2 cups water 1 1/2 cups peanut butter 1 large onion, chopped 1 tsp. onion salt 1 cup milk alternative 1 cup tomato sauce 3 egg substitutes (tofu; flax seed gel; or Ener-G) 1 tsp. sage Mix all ingredients together well. Place in a prepared casserole dish or loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
