Guest guest Posted June 24, 2002 Report Share Posted June 24, 2002 Soy Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Soyagen (or other protein powder) 1 cup water 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 cup olive oil juice of one lemon Mix in blender, putting in salt, seasoning, water, and Soyagen. Gradually add oil and lemon juice. Mixture will thicken.
