Guest guest Posted June 24, 2002 Report Share Posted June 24, 2002 Fruit Crush 3 cups water 2 cups sugar 1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice 1 1/2 cups orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 ripe bananas, mashed 3 quarts ginger ale or sparkling water (chilled) Mix water and sugar in saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in fruit juices and mashed bananas. Pour into 4 refrigerator trays and freeze until firm. To serve, remove freezer trays and let stand at room temperature 10 - 15 minutes to soften fruit mixture. Break frozen mixture into small chunks. Fill tall glasses 1/2 full of fruit crush.
