you do know that garlic is a frequent catsup ingredient, right? it can

usually fall under the " spice " or " natural flavor " category. :/

I store the stinky stuff on my kitchen window ledge. It is potent even in

it's plastic container. I buy it from an Indo-Asian market. It also goes

by the name hing. It is often used by folks who avoid onions and garlic for

personal or spiritual reasons.
