1 ripe avocado -- pitted, peeled, and chopped juice of 1/2

lemon

1 small garlic clove -- minced

1/3 cup plain (soy) yogurt

1 dash ground cumin

1 dash ground oregano

2 tablespoon fresh cilantro -- minced

4 tablespoon salsa

 

Mash avocado in medium-sized bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate

until served. Cover mixture with plastic wrap immediately to avoid browning.
