Guest guest Posted June 13, 2002 Report Share Posted June 13, 2002 GF Meatballs 2 cups gluten-free bread crumbs 1 cup walnuts, ground 1/2 cup soy milk (or alternative) 2 egg substitutes (flax seed gel option for binding) 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. sage Mix all dry ingredients. Add soy milk and egg substitute and stir until all ingredients are moistened. On a prepared baking stone or cookie sheet, place teaspoonsful of mixture formed into balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Turn meatballs half way through baking to brown both sides. (Check before removing from oven; may require more baking depending upon your taste.)
