Guest guest Posted June 13, 2002 Report Share Posted June 13, 2002 Nut Meat Balls 1 cup millet, cooked 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs 1/2 cup gf flour or flakes (brown rice, millet, or quinoa) 1 Tbsp. cashews 1 cup water 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 mediuim onion, finely chopped Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into balls and bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.
