Guest guest Posted June 13, 2002 Report Share Posted June 13, 2002 TOFU MEAT BALLS 12 ounces firm tofu, drained l/2 C minced walnuts l/2 C minced onion l T dried parsley l tsp dried basil l T miso or soy l clove garlic pressed, juiced or minced l/2 to l-l/2 C gluten-free bread or cracker crumbs (may substitute quinoa flakes or cooked whole grain quinoa) Mix together.
