Guest guest Posted June 10, 2002 Report Share Posted June 10, 2002 BERRY RELISH 12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries 12 oz. frozen Welch's White Grape Raspberry juice concentrate 1 2/3 cup Sparkling Grape Juice (fruit sweetened) 1/3 cup lemon juice 3.39 oz. pkg. Hain Super Fruits Strawberry Dessert Mix (health food store) In a saucepan, combine the first four ingredients. Cook them over medium heat until the berries pop (about 10 minutes). Do not cook them longer than necessary; overcooking will disperse the seeds throughout the recipe, which is not desirable. Remove from heat and stir in the dessert mix until dissolved. Pour into a glass serving bowl and chill overnight. This relish will have the consistency of a soft jam.
