Guest guest Posted June 9, 2002 Report Share Posted June 9, 2002 TOFU COTTAGE CHEESE 1 brick tofu (16 oz.) 1 cup tofu sour cream (I use a commercial brand) 1 Tbsp. dried chives 2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Mash tofu with a fork and stir in the remaining ingredients.
