Here it is..yummy. Cornmeal Pizza Crust 2 pkg. dry - active yeast ( 2 scant tablespoons) 1/2 cup tepid water ( not over 100F) 1/4 tsp. sugar Mix and proof for a few minutes until bubbly. Add to yeast mixture 2 TBSP. dry soy/rice milk 1/2 cup water, plus more later, if needed...+2 tablespoons is what I need Whisk in to yeast mixture 2 cup rice flour or GF mix flour 2/3 cup Cornmeal 1/4 tsp. salt Mix, and let rise.( 30 min) pat down and let rise again( 15 min). gently shape in oiled pan. back 425 20-25 mins. ....-.¸.-...(`'..¸(`'..¸ ¸..'´)¸..'´)...-.¸.-... `.. ..´«´¨`... *LaDonna*...´¨`»`.. ..` `.´ (¸..'
