Guest guest Posted June 6, 2002 Report Share Posted June 6, 2002 Grilled Tofu 1 lb. tofu, extra firm, water-packed Seasoned salt Tofu Marinade (recipe to follow) Cube the tofu into 1 " by 1/2 " squares. Combine tofu and marinade in a zip-lock bag and allow flavors to blend. Fold heavy duty aluminim foil (12 " x 15 " ) so the edges make a lip. Spray with vegetable oil. Pour in the marinade and tofu and spread out evenly. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place on grill set at high. Allow the marinade to cook down and begin to carmalize. Turn the tofu to keep from sticking. Continue to cook and brown on all sides. The marinade will completely absorb into the tofu.
