Guest guest Posted June 6, 2002 Report Share Posted June 6, 2002 Italian Marinade 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 Tbsp. vegetarian Worchestershire Sauce (homemade or commercial) 1 Tbsp. honey (or alternative) 1 Tbsp. dried onions, minced 1 large garlic clove, pressed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. red pepper seeds (optional) Put all ingredients in a salad shaker and mix well. Makes two cups.
