Guest guest Posted June 6, 2002 Report Share Posted June 6, 2002 Ketchup 1 1/3 cups tomato paste (12 oz. can) 1/2 cup tomato puree 2 - 4 Tbsp. honey (substitute stevia) 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. water (more or less as desired) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
